| As per the Constitution of the Beth Jacob V'Anshei Drildz Congregation, ''All elected Executive Officers and all elected Board Members shall be elected at the Annual Meeting of the Congregation held on the second Sunday after Simchat Torah of each second year.'' The latest election took place on October 17, 2004 and the current board and executive will serve until the next election in October of 2006. The clergy of the congregation may attend a limited number of meetings each year when discussions of interest are being held and may be invited to address the board at the pleasure of the Chairman. They should be aware that there may be items that the board wishes to discuss in private and that they will in no case be able to vote on any motion presented to the board. Members of the congregation may attend portions of the board meetings as observers, and may be invited to address the board at the pleasure of the Chairman.
