Closest Hotel
Montecassio Suites is a small business oriented hotel located less than 1 mile west of the synagogue. The hotel is located at the corner of Sheppard and Chesswood Avenues, but due to Sheppard curving north around the old Downsview Airforce Base, it is virtually at the end of Overbrook Avenue on an extension across Dufferin Avenue called Steeprock Drive. The walk is very easy with no turns to the hotel and usually takes less than 20 minutes.

From the South via Bathurst Street

  1. Proceed north on Bathurst Street until Sheppard Avenue.
  2. Turn left (west) onto Sheppard Avenue.
  3. Proceed west until Wilmington Street.
  4. Turn right (north) onto Wilmington Street.
  5. Proceed north on Wilmington Street until first traffic light, at Overbrook Place
    (if you reach Finch Avenue then you went too far north).
  6. The synagogue is on your left.
  7. Turn left (west) onto Overbrook Place.
  8. The synagogue parking lot is the first left off Overbrook Place. (parking lot is closed on Shabbat and Holidays)
From Highway 401:
  1. Take exit 365 North to William R. Allen Road.
  2. Proceed north on Allen Road past first traffic light (Sheppard Avenue) and continue north to second traffic light (Overbrook Place).
  3. Turn right (east) onto Overbrook Place.
  4. Proceed east on Overbrook, parking lot is just past Shaftesbury Street, off Overbrook. (parking lot is closed on Shabbat and Holidays)
    (if you pass Wilmington Avenue then you went too far east).
From the North via Bathurst Street
  1. Proceed south on Bathurst Street until Finch Avenue.
  2. Turn right (west) onto Finch.
  3. Proceed west until Wilmington Street.
  4. Turn left (south) onto Wilmington Street.
  5. Proceed south on Wilmington Street until first traffic light, at Overbrook Place
    (if you reach Sheppard Avenue then you went too far south).
  6. The synagogue is on your right, ahead.
  7. Turn right (west) onto Overbrook Place.
  8. The synagogue parking lot is the first left off Overbrook Place. (parking lot is closed on Shabbat and Holidays)
